We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a store credit or exchange. Store credits and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items or clothes in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or store credit. Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or store credit and will be returned at customer's expense.

How to Make a Return:
Contact us at (352) 291-6650 for a Return Authorization Number. We will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our store within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please make sure when returning your package to use trackable method as we can not credit packages that we have not received.
